Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Every shipment includes a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1 business day. Shipping costs €4.95 for orders up to €75. Orders over €75 ship free.

European shipments typically take 2–5 business days. Shipping costs €12.95 for orders up to €150. Orders over €150 ship free.

International shipping takes 7–14 business days. Shipping costs €19.95.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Visit our contact page to start a return.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via our contact page. We'll make it right.
